We’re looking for a talented and experienced Social Media & Content Manager to join the Columbo family, working on The Blues Kitchen - one of the UK's most loved brands for live music, food, nightlife, and culture.
You’ll work on social strategy, drive audience growth, boost engagement, and elevate the quality of our content across platforms (with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok).
You'll be flexible with working hours, spending half of your working week in the venues shooting content, with the remaining time spent in the office editing content, writing copy, and working on strategy.
Our ideal candidate:
- You’ve successfully grown and run social media accounts for lifestyle, hospitality, or cultural brands, and have the results to show for it.
- You’re obsessed with social media trends and storytelling, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
- You have a sharp creative eye and know how to capture content that feels raw, real, and shareable.
- Experienced in creating viral moments, with a strong understanding of what it takes to do so.
- You’re confident with editing tools and know your way around mobile and desktop content creation (Reels, TikToks, captions, etc).
- You’re a natural copywriter who can bring brand personality to life through tone, voice, and creative direction.
- You’re comfortable using analytics to shape strategy and make smarter content decisions.
- You have a network of strong relationships with creators and influencers.
- You’re happy working late nights in venues and love being in the thick of the action, camera in hand.
