Shot Social Agency is a fast-growing social media agency specialising in short-form content. We create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn for a growing roster of clients.
The Role
We're looking for a talented Short-Form Social Media Manager to join our team and take ownership of client accounts end-to-end. You'll be responsible for strategy, content planning, and execution - keeping clients' channels growing and performing.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day content scheduling and publishing (Monday–Saturday) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute short-form content strategies tailored to each client
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy optimised for each platform
- Track performance metrics and provide clear, actionable reporting
- Collaborate with the team via Slack, Notion, and Monday.com
- Communicate proactively with clients and flag opportunities or issues early
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally in an agency setting
- Deep understanding of short-form video trends across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for content
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
- Familiarity with Notion and/or Monday.com is a bonus
