Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Manager to develop, implement, and optimise advertising campaigns across Facebook and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, media buying, and analytics tools to drive engagement and maximise return on investment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic marketing team, managing multiple campaigns to achieve business objectives through targeted advertising.

Duties

  • Plan, create, and execute Facebook advertising campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage media buying across Facebook Ads Manager and utilise platforms such as DoubleClick and Google AdWords for cross-channel optimisation.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track key metrics and optimise ad spend effectively.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance ad visibility and engagement.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign budgets, schedules, and performance reports for internal review and client updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a focus on Facebook Advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC Campaign Management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick.
  • Familiarity with media buying strategies and optimisation techniques for maximum ROI.
  • Experience in SEO practices related to digital advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to analyse data effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • A recognised qualification or certification in digital marketing or related fields is preferred but not essential.
