The Role: SEO Manager (Growth-Focused)
This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s a growth role.
You’ll own SEO performance across Luxos, with the autonomy to test, build, and scale what works. From technical SEO to content strategy to AI-driven search, you’ll be at the centre of how we acquire and convert users.
What You’ll Own
- Full ownership of SEO performance
- Driving traffic, rankings, and — most importantly — revenue impact
- Identifying and executing high-leverage growth opportunities
- Leading technical SEO audits and implementing fixes that move the needle
- Embedding SEO into product development and release cycles
- Building scalable content systems that rank and convert
- Turning data into clear, actionable growth strategies
- Managing and scaling external resources (agencies, freelancers)
- Delivering sharp, insight-led reporting to leadership
- Staying ahead of AI-driven search and leveraging it as an advantage
- Continuously improving workflows to increase speed and output
