We’re working with a leading Leeds-based Digital agency to find an Affiliate Marketing Manager to take the lead across a portfolio of client campaigns, driving the day-to-day while shaping the longer-term strategy. You’ll be trusted to run your accounts, build strong partner relationships, and spot opportunities others might miss.

What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Managing and developing affiliate campaigns across a portfolio of clients
✔ Keeping performance on track – hitting KPIs and spotting ways to improve
✔ Running daily account checks and optimisations
✔ Building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners
✔ Recruiting and activating new publishers to drive growth
✔ Creating quarterly strategy plans tailored to each client
✔ Producing reports with clear insights and recommendations
✔ Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
✔ Planning, forecasting, and identifying new opportunities
✔ Negotiating added exposure with third-party suppliers
✔ Exploring opportunities beyond traditional affiliate channels
✔ Supporting on new business proposals when needed
✔ Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and tech
