💼 Responsibilities:
✅ Own and execute a social + content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and beyond
✅ Film, capture and package day-to-day life into compelling content
✅ Repurpose content into short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
✅ Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and retention
✅ Manage workflows and meet deadlines consistently
✅ Collaborate with the team for revisions and feedback
✅ Monetisation: ads, affiliates, products, newsletters
✅ Facebook and Meta Business
✅ CRM
✅ Email marketing
🎬 Content Types:
• Social Media Clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
🎯 Requirements:
→ 3+ years of video editing experience (High efficiency)
→ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
→ Strong understanding of storytelling and retention
→ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
✨ Bonus Skills
→ Motion graphics or advanced editing
→ Experience in high-volume content production
→ Paid ads / performance marketing knowledge
→ Knowledge of YouTube, instagram, Tiktok, substack growth strategies
→ Experience scaling a personal brand or creator business
→ Editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar)
→ Ability to manage people
→ Socially relevant cultural interests
→ CRM
→ Canva
