£55,000 - £60,000 GBP yearly
Fractional Jobs

The Founder Sales Club (FSC) helps early-stage B2B founders improve their sales skills and build repeatable, scalable sales processes.

Role Type: Fractional up to 3 days a week (to be discussed with candidate)

We run two programmes:

  • Cohort – an 8-week group sprint
  • Co-Pilot – a rolling, one-to-one coaching track tailored to each founder’s business

Both combine live workshops, on-demand content, and expert coaching to help founders sharpen their messaging, target the right buyers, and close more deals. It's practical, jargon-free and built for busy founders who need results.

Founded by Daniel Wardle (ex-teacher, ex-enterprise sales, advisor to CEOs and VCs), the FSC has supported dozens of pre-seed and seed-stage startups across the UK and Europe. Members get access to a growing community, exclusive events, partner perks and peer support – all focused on helping them improve their skills and build successful, repeatable processes.

The Opportunity

The Founder Sales Club has been growing rapidly since its inception, working with some of the most promising startup founders in today’s ecosystem. We’re now at an exciting stage to bring on a seasoned Programme Manager who can confidently manage, optimise and grow the Founder Sales Club even further.

Much of the groundwork for this programme has already been laid out, so we’re after someone who enjoys taking something nascent and turning it into something world-class. This would suit someone with experience managing the delivery and development of educational programmes and is keen to do so on a fractional basis.

As our Programme Manager, you will:

  • The Programme: Drive smooth operations for our members on programme, from onboarding to collecting member feedback to building and implementing systems for future success.
  • The Community: Facilitate opportunities and events for members to engage, support one another and develop a sense of community.
  • The Coaches: Lead the design and build of coach allocation, moderation and ongoing learning and development.
  • The Business: Work with the FSC team to promote our programme more widely, e.g. supporting events, content creation and marketing materials.

About you:

  • You’re analytical and operationally minded, with a knack for spotting opportunities we can be more data-driven in our approach.
  • You’re energised by the art of the possible. You don’t get discouraged by roadblocks - rather, you enjoy finding ways to make things happen and comfortably communicate when you need support.
  • You enjoy engaging and interacting with others. The strength of our programme lies in the community feel and support our learners offer to one another, and our PM will be pivotal in facilitating this.
  • You’re comfortable using a tech stack that includes (but is not limited to) GSuite, ChatGPT, Airtable and Zapier (or similar systems).
