We specialise in delivering innovative marketing solutions, personalised content creation, and unforgettable events for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and hospitality brands. We've developed an exciting and ambitious marketing strategy and have everything we need to succeed - except a like-minded marketing all-rounder to help us execute it.
What You'll Be Doing
· Owning the Implementation of our 12-month and 90-day marketing strategies across Patch Agency, Patch Trades, and Patch eSpace
· Create compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, websites, and social media
· Create visual content that captures attention and reflects our clients' brands
· Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
· Develop and send engaging email campaigns to our subscribers
· Plan and manage paid advertising on Google and Meta platforms
· Analyse performance data of website, social media, paid campaigns, and email, and prepare insightful monthly reports
· Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
· Driving and managing the submission of PR related materials
What We're Looking For
· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
· Ideally, degree qualified in marketing, communications, or journalism
· Experience executing multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver results
· Strong content creation skills in both writing and basic design/video
· Experience with tools like Monday.com, Sked, and Klaviyo
· Knowledge of paid advertising platforms and analytics tools
· Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
· Self-motivated professional who can work independently while meeting deadlines
· Genuine interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and hospitality industries
