Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern at TRAppe, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating our weekly newsletter: sourcing stories, writing fun and engaging copy, and scheduling across our platforms
  • Managing our social presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn: interacting on these platforms, replying to DMs/comments, and jumping on trends where relevant
  • Engaging with our community: from answering comments to resharing UGC or cool travel finds
  • The secret code is “7”: you’ll need this to apply
  • Contributing creative ideas for content, campaigns, and ways to grow our audience
  • Other ad hoc marketing tasks

Role Requirements

We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • At least some experience managing social media accounts for a brand
  • A passion for travel and a belief in traveling more thoughtfully
  • A natural curiosity, storytelling ability, and understanding of what makes content resonate
  • A good eye for design and trends
  • A relatable, witty, and friendly writing style
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A desire to learn about social media marketing and growing a startup brand
  • Able to dedicate at least 1 hour a day, with an additional 3-4 hours/week
