About your role
As our first Growth Strategist, you’ll help build our fast-growing Pogo Audiences business line. You’ll take ownership across key areas like account management, analytics and operations.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll work with clients, explore and build new features and processes, and help us grow to $XXXM+ in revenue. You’ll have significant responsibility from Day 1 and the chance to learn and grow quickly in a startup environment.
Specifically, you will:
- Partner with major mobile advertisers to create and launch custom audience segments on third-party ad platforms, using Pogo’s proprietary dataset
- Lead onboarding and client relationships, ensuring advertisers are set up for success and that Pogo is able to consistently deliver high-performing audiences
- Craft compelling test plans and educate clients on how to best leverage Pogo Audiences
- Collaborate with our Data and GTM teams to identify opportunities and shape what we build next
- Build scalable systems and materials (e.g., playbooks, dashboards) that help us scale effectively
About you
- You have 2+ years of experience working at fast-paced tech companies in data/marketing/growth functions or at top tier investment banks/consultancies.
- You do your best work when you have ownership and autonomy to tackle new challenges.
- You enjoy working with clients of different sizes and at different stages of development. You get excited about partnering with them to achieve their desired outcomes.
- You love solving ambiguous problems and exploring greenfield territories. You have a track record of finding and implementing creative solutions.
- You are an exceptional communicator, written and spoken, and have demonstrated abilities to convince clients and stakeholders to act accordingly.
- You have a strong data analysis toolbox, including Excel and SQL (bonus)
