Since 2013, The Dough Bros goal’s been simple: become one of the best pizzerias in the world. Our pizza, our team, our culture, it’s all world class. Our socials? Decent. See we have always done them ourselves but as the business continues to grow, it is getting harder and harder to keep up. And let’s face it… decent doesn’t cut it. With the story we’ve got, the buzz behind the brands, and what’s coming next we want our socials to match our energy.

We’re not after “industry experts.” That’s not our buzz. Yes talent is key, but we’re also after sound people that have a positive attitude, hungry to learn, ready to graft, and are driven to be the best. Sharing our passion for putting Irish Pizza on the map sure helps too.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take the reins and bring our online presence to the next level, in Ireland and beyond. You’ll be creating scroll-stopping content, building real engagement, and telling our story/mission across all platforms, in The Dough Bros way and in The Dough Bros tone - genuine, authentic, passion, craic.

It’s a full-time, hands-on role based in Galway, working across all our brands:

  • The Dough Bros (Galway City) – our OG baby,No 15 Best in the World, Voted No 1 In Ireland, top 100 pizzeria in the world for the last 3 years
  • The Dough Bros @ O’Connell’s Bar – serving wood-fired pizza in one of Ireland’s most iconic beer gardens
  • The Dough Bros @ Home – transforming people’s regular home kitchens into their own Neapolitan pizzeria, with our at home pizza products, which are sold both online and on retail shelves nationwide.
  • Lil Bros Pizza – our latest addition to The Dough Bros Family. Lil Bros Slice Shop inspired by NY style slices

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-brand content strategy across IG, TikTok, Threads, etc.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish weekly video/photo content
  • Write on-brand captions that reflect our voice and energy
  • Manage content calendars and performance reporting
  • Engage with customers, influencers, and creators
  • Lead both organic and paid campaigns across platforms

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4+ years in social media, content, or marketing (hospitality or food a big plus)
  • Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Strong visual eye + proven copywriting/storytelling ability
  • Deep platform knowledge (algorithms, trends, analytics)
  • Confident shooting/editing, with an instinct for scroll-stopping content
