This is a proper Community Management role focused on direct customer engagement across social platforms.
• Commitment: ~5 hours per month
• Schedule: 1 day a week on 2-3 big brand accounts

Requirements
Must-haves:
• Platform Expertise: Experience managing IG/FB Pages, TikTok, and FB Groups.
• Tone of Voice: Proven ability to respond to customers using different brand voices.
• Soft Skills: Super reliable, fast learner, and proactive communicator.
• Values: Deep care for customer experience.
• Workflow: Comfortable working remotely, independently, and within established team systems.
• Communication: Excellent written English skills (portfolio/examples required).
Nice-to-haves:
• Knowledge of Meta analytics and FB/IG ads.
• Interest or experience in the menopause space.
