We’re looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to lead client delivery and help shape our growing agency’s culture. This is a flexible, hands-on role — perfect for someone with a good eye for what works on social media, experience managing a small team, content calendars and client delivery. 

💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day delivery for hospitality clients
• Create strategic content calendars 
• Come up with trendy ideas for social media content 
• Attend and assist with content shoots
• Oversee posting, engagement, and community management
• Monthly reporting , performance and track key growth milestones
• Collaborate with our creative and PR teams to bring campaigns to life

• Have proven experience managing hospitality or lifestyle social media accounts
• Have a creative eye for content — from concept to execution

• Understand what performs across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond

• Are organised, proactive, and passionate about the hospitality space

💡 It’s a Plus If You Have Experience In:

• Other areas of digital marketing such as paid social ads, email marketing, influencer outreach, or content strategy
