Event Marketing Manager

We’re Hiring: Event Marketing Managers

📍 London Hybrid | £45,000–£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

TEMBO is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Event Marketing Managers to join the team.

We’re particularly keen to hear from people with:

• B2B exhibition and conference marketing experience

• B2C event marketing experience

• Or ideally a mix of both

We’re likely hiring multiple people across the team, so whether your background is large-scale consumer events, exhibitions, conferences, launches, festivals or media brands, we’d love to hear from you.

At TEMBO, you won’t be managing one small piece of a campaign. You’ll lead and deliver multi-channel event marketing campaigns across exciting portfolios, working closely with organisers to drive audience growth, engagement and commercial performance.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, creativity, delivery and client management. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, momentum and being trusted to own campaigns properly.

The role includes:

• Leading event marketing campaigns from strategy through to delivery

• Managing audience acquisition across visitor and delegate campaigns

• Delivering email, social, website and digital marketing activity

• Working directly with clients and stakeholders

• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Collaborating closely with digital and leadership teams

📍 Based at The China Works, Vauxhall, London

📍 Up to 2 remote days per week

📍 £45k–£50k depending on experience
