White Bee Digital is hiring a detail-obsessed, systems-minded Digital Tech & Automation Assistant to support our internal marketing and digital product infrastructure.

This is a part-time role starting at a minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential to grow.

You must be available within ±3 hours of GMT and have focused working availability each week. This is not suitable for someone splitting attention across numerous agency clients. (If you work freelance, that’s absolutely fine. We simply ask that your agreed hours with White Bee Digital are protected and distraction-free.).

This role supports internal funnels, automation, digital products and tech integrations. It does not involve direct client management.

White Bee Digital is a UK-based paid social agency and education business.

We scale eCommerce brands using Meta Ads and creative strategy. Alongside agency work, we build digital products, training programmes and creative systems for marketers and founders.

We are systems-led, strategic and forward-thinking. We value initiative, clean processes and proactive problem-solving.

We are entering a deeper phase of funnel building, automation expansion and product growth. This role exists to strengthen our backend infrastructure so that everything runs seamlessly.


Why This Role Exists

As the business scales its digital products and funnels, we need a technical right-hand who can:

  • Build and maintain funnel infrastructure
  • Connect tools cleanly and logically
  • Test and troubleshoot automations
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest smarter systems

You will work closely with the founder to implement ideas quickly and accurately.


Core Responsibilities

Funnel & Platform Builds

  • Build and update landing pages in Systeme.io
  • Set up checkout flows and post-purchase logic
  • Connect lead magnets to email sequences
  • Test entire funnels before launch

Email & Automation Setup

  • Build and format email sequences
  • Implement tagging and segmentation logic
  • Schedule campaigns
  • Test workflows end-to-end

Automation & Integration

  • Build workflows in Pabbly Connect
  • Set up and test webhooks
  • Connect Meta lead forms to backend systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues
  • Ensure clean data flow between platforms

Digital Product & Course Setup

  • Upload and organise course materials
  • Configure access permissions
  • Set up payment-to-access automations
  • Ensure smooth onboarding journeys

Optimisation & Systems Improvement

  • Identify repetitive manual tasks and suggest automation solutions
  • Improve workflow efficiency
  • Maintain documentation of key processes

Requirements

Must Have

  • Experience building funnels using Systeme.io, ThriveCart or similar
  • Experience setting up email sequences and automation workflows
  • Hands-on experience with Pabbly Connect or similar automation tools
  • Experience integrating Meta lead forms with backend tech stacks
  • Strong quality assurance (QA) mindset and attention to detail
  • Logical thinker who diagnoses issues methodically
  • Comfortable working in a founder-led, fast-moving business

Nice to Have

  • eCommerce experience
  • Basic Canva editing confidence
  • Understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem (we don’t expect you to know how to run ads!)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and prompt workflows

Working Structure

  • Minimum 10 hours per week
  • Must have consistent weekly availability
  • Must be within ±3 hours GMT
  • Fully remote
  • No weekly meeting requirement
