We are looking for a smart and dependable mid-career level Digital Media Buyer to join our stellar digital buying team handling day-to-day management of paid media strategies for clients in higher education, financial, heathcare, and professional services.

Location: Portsmouth, NH (Hybrid or Remote)

Time Commitment: This role will begin as a contract position (approximately 15+ hours per week) with the specific intent and potential to grow into a full-time, salaried role based on performance and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Mastery: Lead full-funnel digital strategies (including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and others) for a wide variety of clients.
  • Data Stewardship: Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking via GTM and GA4.
  • Holistic Strategy: Collaborate with our internal SEO team to share audience insights and search trends.
  • Budget Management: Work with Account Manager to optimize monthly spends and maximize ROI.
  • Transparent Reporting: Translate metrics for client-facing, narrative-driven dashboards.

Professional Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated buying across all primary digital channels.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, and pixel architecture.
  • Experience in higher ed, secondary ed, financial services and professional services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a respectful, clear and comprehensive manner.
  • A desire to work at a purpose-driven agency that values social responsibility and mutual respect.
  • Comfortable having direct interaction with clients, as needed.

Your First 90 Days:

We value long-term relationships and see the contract period as a “mutual discovery” phase. Our goal would be a successful completion of the first 90 days leading you towards a full-time position. 

During this introductory phase, you will:

  • Become integrated into our internal workflows.
  • Get to know our unique client base.
  • Work alongside members of our internal paid media, SEO and account teams
  • Learn our project management system
  • Establish a workflow that will blend seamlessly into our existing routines
