Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Brand & Digital Design Associate Manager to lead on design and digital brand delivery across Foundervine’s programmes and ventures. With a 70/30 focus on design (including web and video) and marketing support, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits at the intersection of brand, digital, and strategy.

You’ll own the look, feel, and functionality of our design output, from branded materials and websites to video content and business development assets. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the launch of new ventures like Foundervine Spaces and Foundervine USA, building new brands and digital presences from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Brand Design Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee the development and consistent application of Foundervine’s visual identity, including logos, colour schemes, tone of voice and brand architecture.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design and communication outputs.
  • Design and manage branding for new ventures and initiatives—creating new logos, palettes, templates and digital assets from concept to execution.
  • Support brand guardianship by ensuring consistency across all programmes, departments and partner-facing materials.
  • Design brochures, case studies, business development decks, and other promotional materials that clearly communicate Foundervine’s value and impact to external stakeholders.
  • Take a human-centred approach to all design work, ensuring it resonates with our diverse and growing community.

Asset Management

  • Create and maintain a centralised, organised library of branded assets across all programmes, including speaker visuals, cohort content, recruitment packs and event branding.
  • Ensure all programme presentation decks and templates are visually consistent and professionally designed, such as for masterclasses, showcases and internal briefings.
  • Maintain structured design documentation and version control to support shared understanding across the team.

Website Design & Management

  • Lead the design, maintenance and performance optimisation of the Foundervine website to support recruitment, partner engagement and storytelling.
  • Build and manage new websites or microsites for ventures such as Foundervine Spaces and Foundervine USA, ensuring clear UX, strong SEO, and strategic content alignment.
  • Regularly update programme cohort pages, team listings, careers and landing pages to reflect real-time activity and drive engagement.
  • Streamline content pathways to improve user journeys for founders, partners, and job applicants.

Video Editing & Visual Content

  • Produce and edit video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush, Canva or Figma — including founder stories, testimonials, motion graphics and event content.
  • Design engaging and reusable video and social templates to ensure consistent, high-quality visual storytelling across platforms.

Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver visual assets for recruitment campaigns, events and impact communications.
  • Translate written content into compelling visual formats (e.g. social media, email, decks, digital brochures).
  • Help craft visual materials for digital storytelling campaigns that demonstrate the tangible outcomes of our work.

Innovation, UX & Internal Communication

  • Stay up-to-date with design and marketing trends to ensure Foundervine remains visually relevant and digitally innovative.
  • Translate community insights into user-centred design solutions — including interaction design, prototypes, and visual experiments.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements by ensuring new templates and internal tools are intuitive and easy to use.
  • Communicate updates and process changes clearly to internal teams, ensuring everyone is equipped with the tools and understanding to work effectively.
  • Log and track project and process changes in a way that supports knowledge-sharing and transparency across the organisation.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Desirable).
