The Role
Balenciaga is seeking a CRM Intern for the summer of 2025. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management and marketing within the luxury fashion sector. Working with the Client Engagement team, you will support data-driven initiatives aimed at growing and retaining Balenciagaβs client base. This role provides the chance to learn how CRM strategies are implemented in a luxury brand, with direct involvement in marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Support the tracking and analysis of client KPIs.

Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports for internal stakeholders.

Assist with validating and monitoring direct marketing communications, including newsletters.

Analyze client purchase trends to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.

Aid with data quality management and other CRM-related activities.

Collaborate with the Retail, Merchandising, and Global Client Engagement teams on key projects.

Contribute to seasonal projects, in-store activations, and client gifting initiatives.
Requirements

Positive attitude and strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
