The company provides affordable, high-quality training on AI, offering both live training and on-demand courses. The community-based learning environment has grown to 453 members with a target of 10,000 active users.

The Role

AI for Non-Techies is seeking an Academy Community Manager to run the Academy on a day-to-day basis. This role will be crucial in managing and growing the community, engaging members, and supporting the delivery of accessible AI education. The position involves overseeing member interactions, ensuring content relevance, and creating strong partnerships to help expand the reach of the Academy. The role will also include gathering insights to improve the Academy’s offerings and managing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a warm, welcoming space for the community and encourage member interaction.
• Support onboarding, re-engagement, and celebrations, and moderate conversations to ensure inclusivity.
• Help members progress by tracking their learning needs and suggesting appropriate learning tracks.
• Provide regular performance and engagement reports, monitor activity trends, and track member behavior.
• Manage content calendars, repurpose community highlights, and plan referral or ambassador schemes.
• Organize guest sessions and co-branded events with partners to grow the community.

The Person

The ideal candidate is energetic, warm, and passionate about AI. They should have experience in community management, be able to organize their work remotely, and have excellent communication skills. The candidate must be able to analyze site and member data and present it to management in a clear manner. Experience with AI is beneficial but not required, as long as there is a willingness to continuously learn.
