Shescloudy Calligraphy is a creative business specializing in wedding calligraphy, custom signage, and live event artist services. Our mission is to bring artistry and elegance to life’s most cherished moments, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized virtual assistant to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Photo Requests: Coordinate with clients and event vendors to request and organize event photos for portfolio use.
- Email Marketing: Manage and distribute the company’s monthly email newsletter using Flodesk, ensuring timely and engaging communication.
- LinkedIn Content Creation: Draft and publish professional articles and updates to grow our LinkedIn presence.
- Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks, office organization, and project coordination as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Gmail, Excel, Flodesk, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with Canva is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- A passion for creativity and supporting artistic endeavors is a plus!
