Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of effective SEO strategies for clients.
Work closely with the Head Of SEO and the rest of the SEO team
Complete high-level keyword research and create topical clusters/pivots to piece together a comprehensive and effective content strategy.
Assist on technical SEO work for clients, including website audits and migrations of global brands.
Conduct detailed internal linking audits and create specific strategies to improve site structures for clients.
Understand SEO techniques for different search engine platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Bing etc.
Assist and direct off-page optimisation projects and digital PR campaigns, adjusting strategies as you go.
Developer skillsets for page designs based on UX and CRO to scale revenue for clients.
Contribute to creating more internal AI processes and automations to streamline client workload efficiencies
Analyse data and lead reports on traffic, rankings, conversions etc to clients.
Work closely with social and paid media teams to optimise SEO campaigns.
Analyse competitorsโ SEO activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Keep up to date with SEO industry trends and adapt client strategies to match.
Attend meetings with wider marketing implications and assisting on projects outside of the search landscape.
What Weโre Looking For
2+ years of SEO experience minimum (agency experience a plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and relationships simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills.
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Experience with multiple SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs etc).
Willingness to develop and improve across all aspects of SEO with a clear passion.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Detail-oriented and organised.
Adaptability to learn new techniques and overcome challenges.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
Client-facing experience.
