SearchPilot helps some of the world’s largest websites run SEO experiments that drive measurable growth. We work with enterprise organisations where small changes can have significant commercial impact, and where thoughtful, data-led experimentation is critical.
We’re a focused, ambitious SaaS company without external funding. That shapes how we operate: we prioritise meaningful work, high standards, and sustainable growth over scale for its own sake.
Our mission is to prove the value of SEO to the world’s biggest websites.
We’re hiring a Senior Consultant to own a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers while playing a key role in shaping how our US team operates.
This is a hands-on consulting role. You’ll lead SEO experimentation programmes end-to-end - working directly with clients to define strategy, design tests, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Alongside this, you’ll support the development of a small, highly capable team. The US team is technically strong and self-sufficient; the opportunity here is to help create greater alignment, consistency, and shared ways of working as we grow.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Customer Success and have real visibility and influence over how our professional services function evolves.
Own and grow a portfolio of strategically important enterprise accounts
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a credible advisor
Lead Executive Business Reviews, connecting experimentation to commercial outcomes
Identify opportunities for retention and expansion through proactive, insight-led engagement
Design and deliver SEO testing programmes with clear hypotheses and measurable impact
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
Support clients in embedding experimentation into their broader SEO strategy
Line manage, coach and support members of the US team, helping raise the bar on consulting quality
Contribute to a culture of high standards, ownership, and continuous improvement
Facilitate knowledge sharing and help embed best practices across the team
Work with the VP of Customer Success to improve customer health (NRR, NPS, retention)
Help refine how we deliver professional services as we scale
Contribute customer insight into product and company discussions
Experience in a customer-facing role within Enterprise B2B SaaS (e.g. customer success, consulting, or professional services)
Strong SEO expertise, particularly in experimentation or testing-led approaches
Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with senior client stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills—you’re comfortable working in ambiguity
Technical fluency across web technologies (HTML, CSS; familiarity with JavaScript/Python helpful)
Clear, effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
Experience supporting, managing or mentoring others, with an interest in developing people
A pragmatic, low-ego approach—you value clarity, quality, and outcomes over process for its own sake
Enterprise clients see SearchPilot as a strategic partner, not just a platform
SEO experimentation programmes deliver clear, measurable business impact
The US team operates with greater alignment, consistency, and shared standards
Best practices are defined, shared, and continuously improved
This role offers a level of ownership and influence that’s difficult to find in larger organisations. You’ll work on complex, high-impact problems, partner directly with senior clients, and play a visible role in shaping how a growing team operates.
We can’t compete on salary alone, but we offer meaningful scope, high-quality work, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on both our customers and our business.
