Meedan seeks a strategic and entrepreneurial Senior Go-To-Market & User Insights Lead to drive adoption, growth, and impact for our global technology products in the Larger World. The successful candidate will bridge go-to-market strategy, user research, and product positioning to ensure our tools are embraced by independent media and civil society organizations across North Africa/Western Asia, Asia-Pacific and Latin America/Caribbean. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine deep listening to communities with sharp product storytelling and execution, building strategies that accelerate uptake and scale.
We are a global not-for-profit that helps independent media and civil society organizations exchange critical information with communities through AI-powered interactions on messaging apps. We design programs that help improve the exchange of quality information in communities. Our work has won multiple awards for collaborative project design around the world. Our software allows journalists and other information leaders to communicate directly with their audiences on closed messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber.
As our Senior Go-To-Market & User Insights Lead, you will be responsible for developing adoption strategies, conducting research to understand target users and partners, shaping product positioning, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure launches land with impact. You’ll partner with product, program, communication and research teams to define market entry strategies (including pricing), onboard new partners, and craft the stories and frameworks that show how our technology transforms information exchange.
