Kit, an email-first operating system for creators, is hiring a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of content that drives qualified leads and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role owns the content marketing function, with an emphasis on campaigns, attribution, and systems that connect content directly to pipeline and MRR outcomes.
This position is ideal for someone experienced in both product-led and sales-led growth environments, with a deep understanding of SEO, storytelling, and performance marketing. You’ll work across teams—from Sales to Product Marketing—to scale a high-impact content engine, while leveraging AI tools to innovate and scale content output without losing authenticity.
You’ll start by auditing existing assets, shaping the future of Kit’s content ecosystem, and presenting a strategic content framework. Within six months, you’ll lead integrated campaigns, build scalable playbooks, and attribute pipeline growth directly to your efforts. After a year, your work will be a measurable driver behind Kit’s mission to reach $100M ARR.
