  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the 🔸 10% Pledge experience
  • Define the value proposition that will help the pledge scale to millions of people
  • Develop a product roadmap that enhances the pledge journey, focusing on activation, retention, and advocacy
  • Shape concrete, actionable project pitches for the Build Team that solve real user problems
  • Analyse user behavior, data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving pledge conversion and retention
  • Drive experimentation to optimise the pledge funnel and experience
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Community & Partnerships teams to ensure a seamless journey from awareness to advocacy
  • Think holistically about both digital and physical touchpoints in the pledge experience

Broader Product Leadership (30-40%)

You'll also be responsible for GWWC's broader digital ecosystem, consisting of our website, microtools like our How Rich Am I Calculator, our donation platform and more. Together with the Director of Tech you’ll play a key role in evolving our product processes and culture needed to support our ambitious growth plans.

  • Provide product leadership for GWWC's website, donation platform, and other digital properties

Here are some projects you might work on:

  • Outlining the core elements of new features that help pledgers track and celebrate their giving milestones

Working Hours and Remote Work

GWWC is a fully remote organisation, and this is a remote job. We welcome applicants with at least 4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET), to ensure effective collaboration with our existing team.

We employ a flexible schedule that works for you and your life. As an international team, we occasionally schedule meetings across time zones, but we're mindful of everyone's time boundaries. We focus on results rather than hours logged, and trust you to manage your workday in a way that allows you to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
