Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-orientedΒ Influencer Marketing Managerwith a strong background in sales and performance influencer marketing. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of influencer campaigns designed to maximise ROI, accelerate conversions, and deliver measurable business growth. If you have a passion for sales-driven marketing and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Wild, you will be responsible for the following:

Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a results-driven influencer marketing strategy focused on increasing sales and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and onboard influencers with a proven track record of driving sales across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Set clear KPIs for influencer campaigns, focusing on sales conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
  • Target driven: You will have ownership over budgets, and have ambitious revenue targets to work towards. You will be responsible for ensuring quality content is always delivered from our talent partners in a timely manner.

Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers who align with our brand and sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and commission structures tied to influencer sales performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of influencer performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise outcomes.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and overall ROI.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine influencer strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance.

Role Requirements
