We are Sanitas Hub, an online training business based in Birmingham and London specializing in neurodiversity, mental health, and menopause courses for the workplace and individuals. We are looking for a freelance marketing strategist or business development partner who can help us clarify our audience and positioning, build or improve our sales funnel, and develop messaging that resonates with HR departments, businesses, and individual learners. Experience with wellbeing, inclusion, health, HR, or selling training products is highly valued. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or ads is a plus.
