Fairhill Solicitors is a growing UK law firm specialising in immigration law. We advise individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses on a wide range of UK immigration matters including Skilled Worker visas, sponsor licences, family visas, settlement and British citizenship.

Our clients come from across the world, and we work extensively with Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking communities as well as international entrepreneurs relocating to the United Kingdom.

As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for a Digital Marketing, Social Media and Events Manager who can help expand our reach, strengthen our online presence and generate new client enquiries through modern digital marketing strategies.

This role offers the opportunity to build and lead the marketing function of an expanding law firm.

The Role

This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s marketing activities across digital platforms, social media, professional events and community engagement.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner and play a key role in growing the firm’s client base and public profile.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Implement and manage the firm’s digital marketing strategy
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
• Support SEO development and website content strategy
• Analyse website traffic and marketing performance
• Generate online leads and improve client acquisition

Social Media

• Manage and develop the firm’s presence on platforms
• Plan and publish educational content related to UK immigration law
• Coordinate production of short-form and long-form video content
• Monitor engagement and grow the firm's online audience

Email Marketing

• Manage email newsletters
• Create regular immigration updates and subscriber communications
• Develop strategies to grow the firm's email subscriber base

Events and Community Engagement

• Organise seminars, webinars and networking events
• Coordinate participation in conferences and industry events
• Develop partnerships with professional networks and community organisations
• Represent the firm at community and business events

Partnerships and Influencer Outreach

• Develop relationships with strategic specialists
• Identify collaboration opportunities
• Build referral networks that support the firm’s client growth

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Strong understanding of content marketing and audience growth
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to analyse marketing performance and adjust strategies

Languages

Because of the firm’s client base:

Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills are highly important for this role.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in professional services marketing (law, finance or consulting)
• Experience organising events or conferences
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads
• Experience in video editing and content creation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and SEO optimisation.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement metrics to optimise performance.
• Coordinate and oversee organisational events from planning through execution to maximise outreach and brand awareness.
• Utilise project management tools to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and event milestones.
• Conduct market research and analysis using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Create compelling copy for digital content, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials aligned with brand voice.
• Manage website content using WordPress; optimise pages for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Lead cross-functional teams including designers and external vendors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; present insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO, B2B marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English; capable of crafting persuasive copy for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams or projects within a marketing environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for optimisation strategies.
• Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools; familiarity with project management methodologies is desirable.
• A proactive approach with exceptional time management skills; attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
