Job Description

We’re Forest. You know, those shared ebikes in London that look like trees.

We are searching for an energetic content creator to create engaging community driven content, and help Forest execute brand campaigns, and manage our day to day socials.

eporting to the Creative Brand Manager, you’ll be managing the day to day upkeep of our social accounts (monitoring comments, resharing appropriate stories, and managing collab posts), getting out and about in London creating content (comfortable cycling, talking to customers, and talking to camera), and help support Forest’s brand campaigns, through videography and video editing, whilst working closely with our wider marketing team.

This role is perfect for an early career creator who has experience managing a brand’s social accounts day to day, being reactive and responsive to trends, and who thrives on getting out and about and making relevant, honest, and community driven content.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day upkeep of social channels
  • Monitor comments, story mentions, and collab posts.
  • Following trends to create reactive content as and when you deem fit
  • Engage with our community IRL and create content about our bikes and our community
  • Help deliver brand campaigns via videography and video editing

Role Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing a brand’s social accounts
  • A creator with a sense of humour! We believe personality is essential to our social strategy
  • Confident riding e-bikes
  • Great social skills, and a willingness to talk to our community
  • A social trend follower
  • Creative minded & ideas driven
  • Ability to use video editing software, like CapCut & Premiere Pro

Bonus but not essential:

  • You’ve previously worked in a startup environment
  • Knowledge of photography
