Summary: Community Engagement Manager is responsible for develop and implementing strategies for increasing community engagement and participation across various platform and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Brief

· Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work

· Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers

· Develop and implement strategies for increasing community engagement

· Organize and manage community events, workshops, and education sessions

· Attend speaking engagements on behalf of the Executive Director

· Create marketing content (images, Youtube, video, newsletter) to engage with community members and build brand awareness

· Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, influences, and other stakeholders to grow community outreach and partnership

· Monitor, track, and report feedback and reviews from various stakeholders

· Assist with implementing strategic plan objectives and goals including creating new funding streams

· Collect data around donor engagement

· Oversee Annual Fund Drive

· Plan fundraising initiatives to help organization meet financial goals

· Active member of marketing committee

Requirement and skills

· Work experience in non-profit or social service agency

· Willingness to work in a team environment

· Ability to motivate colleagues and volunteers

· HS Diploma or Equivalent Required

· At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing

· Strong work ethic and service skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and training

· Strong record-keeping and analytical skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
