About the role
We’re looking for a dedicated Campaign Manager with 3-5 years of marketing experience within the games industry (or agency experience in a similar field), to join us at a mid- to senior-level. Agency background is a bonus, as is experience in creator relations or creative production, as the responsibilities in this role include executing multi-phase marketing campaigns.
This is a hybrid position. Remote candidates with relevant experience may be considered, though preference will be given to candidates who are located within commuting distance to our office in East London. While we’re flexible, we’re usually in the office once a week, and often deal with physical product and events, which require us to be in London.
What we’re looking for
– 3-5 years of games marketing experience
– Experience in strategising, planning and delivering campaigns
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
– Excellent writing and communication skills
– Good understanding of the gaming creator landscape in the UK
– Experience working with creators and creator agents, or transferable skills (eg., PR experience)
– Existing relationships with creators and creator agents would be a bonus
– Negotiation skills with an understanding of creator or creative production rates
– Able to estimate results and track KPIs across multi-platform campaigns
– Proactive and able to take charge, spot inefficiencies and propose solutions
– Ideally – able to commute to our office in Hackney
Your responsibilities
– Delivering high-impact creative and creator campaigns
– Managing multiple projects at once
– Collaborating with our Head of Strategy on campaign planning
– Ensuring internal and external deadlines are met
– Measuring impact and reporting on campaigns
– Participating in internal and external meetings
– Producing campaign proposals and contributing to pitches

Salary
The salary range for the position is £36,000-£42,000 PA, dependent on experience.
This is a full-time role. Our core hours are 9 am to 6 pm / 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Thursday. We occasionally work on Fridays.
