Rate: Β£12.71ph

The role

Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Brand Strategy Manager, the Brand Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of our social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, content creation, and digital storytelling, with a strong interest in growing and engaging online communities.

  • Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Support the execution of social media campaigns and product launches
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging formats within the beauty space
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages
  • Assist with influencer identification, outreach, and content coordination
  • Track and analyse social media performance (engagement, reach, growth) and prepare reports
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and visual identity

What we're looking for

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Basic understanding of content planning and digital marketing principles
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate content ideas
  • Strong interest in the beauty industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable, but not essential:

  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
  • Basic photography and video editing skills
  • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics)
  • Experience managing or growing a personal or brand social media account
