The Role

We’re on the hunt for a creative storyteller and content creator with a marketing mindset who’s ready to help shape Elevo’s brand and amplify our voice across digital platforms. As Brand & Content Manager, you’ll bring your ideas to life, create engaging content and grow our presence in the wellbeing and DE&I space. This is your chance to create stories that inspire action and build a community based on shared purpose.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Creative ideation: Generate fresh and creative ideas for our content that aims to position Elevo as a leader in our field.
  • Content calendar planning: Take the lead on developing our monthly content calendar, brainstorming ideas with the team and managing the process.

  • Campaign planning: Design and execute content campaigns that capture attention and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Content days: Organise and manage content days with the Elevo team and expert associates, ensuring we capture stories that connect.

It’s a bonus if you understand and have some experience in PR.

Who You Are

A content creator who is passionate about brands and marketing, and motivated by the journey we are on to make a difference in workplace wellbeing and DE&I. You’re a natural storyteller with a creative flair and a get-it-done attitude.

We’re still early in our journey and we continue to adopt a start-up mindset in our approach. This means you’ll need to feel comfortable being resourceful, bringing a creative approach and working within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • A passion for wellbeing and DE&I: A natural interest in and enthusiasm for topics related to health, wellbeing and diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • A love for content creation: Experienced at hands-on content production across social media. You’ll be mostly doing it in-house, so you’ll need to be skilled at creating, editing, uploading and managing content yourself.
  • Creative thinker: You enjoy generating original, creative ideas and finding innovative ways to create impact.
  • Copywriting skills: Sharp writing skills with an eye for detail and the ability to turn ideas into impactful words.
  • Event & community builder: Interest in event planning and a skill for building and engaging communities.
  • Proactive problem-solver: Self-motivated and ready to take ownership of projects with creativity and drive.
  • An adaptable & innovative mindset: Resourceful and able to work effectively with very tight budgets and fast turnarounds.
  • Team Player: Collaborative team player yet capable of working autonomously, with a positive and flexible approach.

It would be great if you’ve had some previous work experience in a similar role, however if you can demonstrate your creativity and content creation skills then it’s not a mandatory requirement.

What We Offer

  • A salary of £27,000-£30,000, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, 6-month contract with high potential to go permanent.
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
  • The chance to shape and grow a purpose-driven brand that’s making a real impact.
